This website was a project of Dr. David Chrisman's Historical Inquiry, Research & Method class. In the summer of 2013, six students at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas, researched the lost communities of Belton Lake. In addition, they held a mock trial centering on the communities subsumed by the creation of Camp Hood. Their research papers were gathered here into this final result.
The students who contributed to this website were: Matthew Boden, Jocelynn Branchs, Angela Brown, Dane Kemp, Erich Mattice, Steffany Royal. Editing was provided by Denise Karimkhani, UMHB Director of Learning Resources.
